0102. Dutch Cherry Peach Pie
Wow, 'Bout all I can say for this pie. The sweetnss of the peaches amplified by all those cherries. The flaky bottom crust absorbing cherry and peach juices, yet holding a little crunch and a whole lot of flavor, and then there is that wonderful dutch crust again. Mouth watering? mine is! All this in a little shot that can bring time to a standstill as you watch the liquid melt into your mug of Heaven Coffee. You lightly stir (not to break up the dutch crust). Slowly approaching you lips, you inhale, cherry and coffee. You sip gingerly, the coffee is hot, but the flavor explodes over your tongue. You look carefully at the mug, just coffee, no pie, you sip again, more pie! Fooey on what your eyes are telling you, you listen to your taste buds, It's going to be a great day!
