All these coffees are RATED as Specialty Coffee (top 3% worldwide), Fair Trade, and Natural (read this as Organic but without the costly certification). All our coffees are roasted and ground AFTER you order them to ensure freshness. On occasion, like after a vendor show or trade show, or after a huge Fund Raiser, we may have over-roasted, these will be put on sale.
No beans or ground coffee will be sold after the 3 week freshness window has expired.
The only other reason for a sale is to encourage you to try something new.
