If you tasted our Apple_Cherry pie and think this is the same, you are about 50 cherries and 2 apples wrong (more or less), this pie is predominately Cherries with just an overtone of apples. It is truly amazing how shifting fruit content can so much shift pie flavor. Both ends (the cherry end and the apple end) of the spectrum are really great tasting, but as you transition or drink one then the other, your taste buds appreciate the not-so-subtle diferences in tart, sour, sweet and acidity. Both excellent, both different.
